1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the jcash website accessible at https://jcash.one together with all related services, applications and functions.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who visits, registers or uses the jcash platform in any capacity.
• "jcash" or "We" refers to the platform operator operating under international licensing.
• "Account" refers to the individual account registered by a user on the jcash platform.
• "Real Money" refers to cash in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or cryptocurrency deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus Money" refers to free credits or bonuses credited by jcash into a user's account based on available promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus money is required to be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to all types of games, sports betting, live casino and other products offered through the jcash platform.

2. User Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jcash platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Register personally using valid and accurate personal information.
• Not be on any exclusion or self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not use these services in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party without jcash's written consent.

jcash reserves the right at any time to request age and identity verification from users. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jcash platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — even using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is considered a violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. jcash is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information.

3.2 Password Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. We recommend using a complex password that is not shared with any other party. jcash will never ask for your password via email or unofficial channels outside the platform.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jcash has the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary. Documents commonly required include:

• A valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

This verification process is carried out to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards and user protection requirements set by the international licensing body.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

jcash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or the equivalent value based on the current exchange rate for crypto.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum limits in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all withdrawal methods.

Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and internal verification process. jcash does not guarantee a specific processing time for cases that require additional review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and registered under the same user's name. jcash reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal request that raises suspicion, subject to the necessary further review process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive the jcash welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. Example calculation: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 25 = RM5,000. For a deposit of RM400, the bonus given is RM300, bringing the balance to RM700, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received. This means the bonus money must be wagered 25 times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. This wagering requirement must be completed within the period set by jcash for each promotion.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

All other bonuses and promotions offered by jcash in the future, including weekly cashback, VIP programmes and special promotions, are subject to their respective specific terms which will be communicated at the time the promotion is launched. jcash reserves the right to modify, withdraw or end any promotion at any time.

• Each user is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including hedge betting (arbitrage), is prohibited and may result in the bonus being voided.
• jcash reserves the right to reject bonus claims suspected of involving fraud or breach of terms.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users of the jcash platform agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots or other technological methods to manipulate jcash games or systems.
• Gaining unauthorised access to systems, infrastructure or other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity including money laundering or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the bonus or promotion system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about jcash to other users.
• Disrupting or damaging the normal operation of the platform through any technical means.

jcash reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms. If a violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken including account closure and legal action where applicable.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 By jcash

jcash reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
• At the request of the relevant authorities or licensing body.

7.2 By the User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting jcash customer support. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible real money balances will be returned to the user subject to the relevant verification process. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jcash is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside jcash's control, including third-party technical failures, natural disasters or government directives.
• Game or betting outcomes that are the result of normal operation of a tested and certified random number generator.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a user's account by a third party.

jcash does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, graphics, logos and other materials found on the jcash platform are the exclusive property of jcash or the relevant licensor. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written consent from jcash.

The trade name "jcash" and related logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jcash reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the jcash platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws prescribed by the international licensing body that issued jcash's operating licence. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant licensing body.

jcash operates under a valid international licence and complies with all compliance requirements set by the relevant regulatory body, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) measures and customer protection.
